Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We are able to modify orders before they are processed and shipped. If you need to update your order details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

We do not accept refunds for incorrectly placed orders once they have been processed.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of international fulfillment and logistics, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for change-of-mind once an order has been processed or shipped.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • The item must not show signs of wear or damage.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be approved by our support team prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Delays

As we ship internationally, delivery times may vary due to customs processing, logistics delays, or seasonal demand.

We cannot issue refunds for shipping delays until 30 days after the order date.

If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Non-Delivery

If tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, we are unable to issue refunds for items marked as delivered.
